It just takes a starter spacer and it will work in the NV4500.  I also have one like Scott had in his truck if your interested in a cheap (noisey)route.

Will either the one like scott had or this new one hold up to 2.6 pulling? Is it rebuildable and if so how much $$$? Trying to figure out my investment cost. If wife's job doesn't go to crap i might be ready to hook this summer. injectors set me back a little but rebuilding pulling account quickly.

The triple disk will definately hold a 2.6 truck and a lot more.  The one like Scott had will hold up, but not as well as some.  I do have this one like Scott had.  I will see what it will cost to rebuild.
